Your iPhone’s screen module incorporates four parts: the display, touch, front glass, and plastic frame. All these parts are glued together at the factory. Therefore, the complete screen assembly must be replaced if any part of the screen accidentally breaks.

How long will it take?

It will take about 30 minutes to 1 hour to fix your iPhone’s cracked screen if you visit our store in Dubai. We can replace your iPhone screen the same day we receive it. Please call the store you will be visiting to check for stock availability before arriving.

What quality parts do you use?

We use Genuine iPhone screens in our repair, the same part that came with your iPhone when it was new. The replacement screen we provide as part of the repair may contain a new or previously used genuine Apple screen that has been tested to ensure it meets functional requirements. This allows us to deliver the same high-quality service that the repair industry can offer.

We don’t offer compatible screens referred to as copy, china original, and A+

Note: Screen Calibration and Repair Record is currently supported for iPhone Pro models starting from iPhone 13 Pro. This means that when you go to Settings > General > About > Parts and Service History, your iPhone will display ‘Status‘ as ‘Genuine‘ in the Repair Record.

Is there any warranty for the repair?

All of our Genuine iPhone screen replacement comes with a 1-year warranty.

*Warranty is considered void if your device has accidental damage, liquid ingress, or any symptoms mentioned in the Damage Symptoms section above.

How much will it cost to fix my iPhone Screen in Dubai?

The pricing in this chart only applies to iPhone screen replacement. You’ll pay additional costs if you have any other problems with your iPhone. We offer up to a 50% discount on the second part and up to a 75% discount on the third part used for the same iPhone. You may refer to the iPhone Back Glass Repair if the back glass is damaged along with the screen.

All prices are in the Arab Emirates Dirham (AED) and include VAT. Accidental damage isn’t covered under our Limited Warranty. However, if your iPhone screen fails again due to a manufacturing issue within 1 year of replacing it from us, it may be covered under our Limited Warranty.

Courier service is available if you live in Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras AL Khaimah or Fujairah.

Will my iPhone be waterproof after the repair?

No, iPhones are not waterproof, but they are water-resistant to varying degrees depending on the model. Even though we do install a new display adhesive during the screen replacement, water resistance is not guaranteed.

Is my iPhone covered under warranty?

If you purchased your iPhone less than a year ago and there is no visible damage on your device, you might be eligible to get your screen replaced under Apple Limited Warranty at the Apple Store or any Apple Authorized Service Provider.

Cracked or broken screens are not covered under the Apple Limited Warranty. You might be able to fix the screen for a fee if you are covered under Apple Care+

Can the top glass be replaced instead of replacing the whole screen of my iPhone?

The top glass, the touch screen, and the screen are glued together during the factory’s manufacturing process, so if any of them break, the whole screen module needs to be replaced.

Do the iPhone screens have Gorilla Glass?

No, Apple does not use Corning’s Gorilla Glass branding explicitly. Instead, Apple collaborates with Corning to develop its own proprietary version of strengthened glass, marketed as “Ceramic Shield” since the iPhone 12 series. Ceramic Shield, introduced by Apple and Corning, incorporates ceramic crystals into the glass structure, significantly improving durability and drop resistance compared to previous generations.

Why does my iPhone display have bright green lines?
