Hence, we recommend visiting the Apple Store or any Apple Authorized Service Provider to fix your broken iPad camera. You would need to make an appointment before visiting an Apple Store or an Apple Authorized Service Provider.
If you have AppleCare+ or if you purchased your iPad less than a year ago and there is no visible damage on your iPad, you might be eligible to get your iPad front camera replaced under Apple Limited Warranty at the Apple Store or any Apple Authorized Service Provider.

Replacing the front camera is relatively easy. It involves removing the screen and replacing the front camera with a replacement part.
If you see some spots in the picture or video you take with your iPad, it means that some foreign body (dust particles) has settled between the camera lens and the screen. Unfortunately, the only way to fix the problem is to disassemble the iPad and perform a service around the front camera.
