Therefore, the complete screen assembly must be replaced if any part of the screen accidentally breaks.
It will take about 30 minutes to 1 hour to fix your iPhone’s cracked screen if you visit our store in Dubai. We can replace your iPhone screen the same day we receive it. Please call the store you will be visiting to check for stock availability before arriving.

iPhone screen repair costs – United Arab Emirates
The pricing in this chart only applies to iPhone screen replacement. You’ll pay additional costs if you have any other problems with your iPhone. We offer up to a 50% discount on the second part and up to a 75% discount on the third part used for the same iPhone. You may refer to the iPhone Back Glass Repair page if the back glass is damaged along with the screen. We will replace your device’s complete back assembly, which comes with a metal frame.

All prices are in the Arab Emirates Dirham (AED) and include VAT. Accidental damage isn’t covered under our Limited Warranty. However, if your iPhone screen fails again due to a manufacturing issue within 1 year of replacing it from us, it may be covered under our Limited Warranty.
Apple tries to make iPhone screen replacement harder for third-party repair services. In iPhone 11 and later models, the screens are coded with an OTP (one-time programmable) serial number linked to the device serial number. Once the screen is replaced, the iPhone detects that the serial number stored in the software no longer matches the new display serial number. Hence, it starts showing “Important Display Message” on your device. Similar to the recent addition of battery warnings, this warning happens even if you swap a genuine Apple screen from one iPhone to another.
iPhone screen replacement is a 2 step process.
1: Replacing the old screen with a new one.
2: Programming the motherboard with the new screen serial number.
We can do the first step, and the second step is done only at the Apple Store or an Apple-authorized service provider.
Apple uses cloud-based proprietary software to link the serial numbers again, which removes the message and is only accessible to the Apple Store and Apple Authorized Service Providers.
Your iPhone will report if the screen on your device has been replaced with a message: “Unable to verify this iPhone has a genuine Apple display or the repair is incomplete.” It starts as a persistent message on your lock screen lasting four days. After that, the warning lodges itself in the Settings for 15 days and then in Settings > General > About. These notifications don’t affect your ability to use your iPhone or your display.

If you purchased your iPhone less than a year ago and there is no visible damage on your device, you might be eligible to get your screen replaced under Apple Limited Warranty at the Apple Store or any Apple Authorized Service Provider.
Cracked or broken screens are not covered under the Apple Limited Warranty. You might be able to fix the screen for a fee if you are covered under Apple Care+
