We use genuine iMac screens in our repairs, the same part that came with your iMac when it was new. The replacement screen we provide as part of the repair may contain a new or previously used genuine Apple screen that has been tested to ensure it meets functional requirements. This allows us to deliver the same high-quality service the repair industry can offer.
We provide a three-month warranty for OEM screen replacements.
*Warranty is considered void if your device has accidental damage, liquid ingress, or user misuse.

The pricing in this quote only applies to iMac screen replacement. You’ll pay additional costs if you have any other problems with your device. We offer up to a 50% discount on the second part and up to a 75% discount on the third part used for the same iMac.

All prices are in Arab Emirates Dirham (AED) and include VAT. Accidental damage isn’t covered under our Limited Warranty. However, if the screen fails again due to a manufacturing issue within one year of replacing it from us, it may be covered under our Limited Warranty.

We provide pickup & delivery service for an additional fee if you are located within the city limits of Dubai.

Yes, we can replace your iMac screen the same or the next day we receive it. If you have an AppleCare+ plan, it makes sense to replace the screen at the Apple Store for a nominal fee. Otherwise, Apple charges an (out-of-warranty) fee.
The iMac Screen incorporates four parts: the top glass, display panel, LED backlight, and the connecting cables with the controller circuit board, which are fused together as one assembly. Hence, if any of the parts are damaged, the complete screen assembly has to be replaced.
Going for a replacement iMac Screen is always better than buying a new device; it saves you time and money. In most cases, an affordable screen repair can not only extend your device’s life by several months or years, but it is also good for the environment, which reduces e-waste.
While it is technically possible to replace the iMac screen at home, it is not recommended. Repairing these devices requires set processes that cannot be completed correctly without specialized tools. Thus, we recommend against using a home repair service.
