In iPhones, the charging port is mounted on the dock flex, which controls the lightning port, microphone, loudspeaker, taptic engine, and the gsm antenna. Replacing the dock flex may also fix one or more of these functions.
In iPads, the charging port is independent in most iPad models, and in some iPad models, it controls the loudspeaker.
If you cannot insert the charging pin all the way in or you are facing charging or connectivity problems, we can try cleaning the charging connector for free, but the user shouldn’t clean it themselves; otherwise, they might damage the connector pins.
In the unlikely event that your iPhone or iPad charging connector is damaged, we will diagnose it for you and replace it with an OEM part. However, it gets damaged when it is exposed to liquid. So, ensure your charging cable is dry before connecting it to your iPhone or iPad.
We provide a 1-Year warranty for charging port replacement.

The pricing in this chart only applies to charging connector replacement. It is possible that what seems to be a charging connector problem might be related to the motherboard; if it is, then motherboard repair charges will apply to your iPhone or iPad.
We will perform a pre-quality test before and after the repair. If your device has any other problems, you’ll pay additional costs. We offer a 50% discount on the prices for the second part and a 75% discount for the third part used for the same device.

The charging port at the bottom of your iPhone can be repaired by replacing the dock flex assembly.
After prolonged usage, fiber particles accumulate in the charging port, preventing the charging cable from making the perfect connection required to charge your device.
The safest way to clean the charging port is to use a dry toothbrush (stiff bristles). Avoid using toothpicks, cleaning agents, or liquid, as you may expose the internal components to liquid damage and damage the pins.
